Privacy policy

To find out whether you can enter a ZBE you say which car you drive, how old it is and where it is registered. The site is built so that https://etiquetazbe.es never receives that information.

2. What you type

Engine, registration date, Euro standard, the vehicle’s address, fiscal horsepower and trip date are processed in your browser only. They are not sent to us or anyone else and are not stored. So that you can share a result, after your first interaction the tool writes the values into the address bar; that address stays on your device unless you share it.

3. Processing

Hosting logs

When you visit, GitHub processes the technical data needed to serve the site and prevent abuse (IP address, time, page, browser, referrer). Legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

No cookies

The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in browser storage.

Anonymous error measurement (Microsoft Clarity, cookieless)

When enabled, Clarity records loading errors, timings and dead clicks in cookieless mode, with fields masked and a fresh identifier for every visit. Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Recordings deleted after 30 days, aggregates after 13 months.

4. Recipients and transfers

We do not sell or pass data to insurers, garages, dealers or ad networks. GitHub, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation are based in the United States and certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR): write to contacto@etiquetazbe.es; we reply within a month. You may complain to the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL) (https://www.cnil.fr) or Spain’s data protection agency (aepd.es).

6. No automated decisions

A result from this site has no legal effect: the DGT assigns the label and the council imposes any fine.
